Frequently asked questions
Why does my signature never match?
Almost always because the body was parsed and re-serialized before signing. Sign the raw body exactly as received, byte for byte.
Is the secret sent anywhere?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser. Still, prefer a test secret over a production one.
Do some providers sign a timestamp too?
Yes, some sign "timestamp.body". Paste the exact string the provider signs into the body field.
