Synthetic monitoring tools like Checkly are built for testing web apps and APIs, not specifically automation workflows, but the same principle applies: a health check that runs once a day only tells you a workflow was fine at that moment. For anything time-sensitive, monitoring needs to run at a frequency close to how often the workflow itself is expected to fire.

Checkly runs a browser check on the checkout page every five minutes and alerts the team in Slack if a step fails.
